JM Drywall repair was established back in 2008 in San Mateo CA with the purpose of providing homeowners in the local area with everyday repair services. We provide help with an extensive list of tasks for a single annual fee that includes the costs of labor and materials.
JM Drywall repair operates through the Mutual Operations Division. This is the same organization that provides experienced care and help to the most luxurious estates. In the following article we will provide an overview of the tasks we handle.

Fluorescent Tubes/Light Bulbs — We will replace all fluorescent light bulbs as needed as well as fluorescent kitchen ballasts.
Lamps — we handle repairs and replacements for faulty switches, wiring and sockets. We also replace plugs and cords of all types. If you are looking for new lighting solutions, we can set this up as well.
Light Fixtures — we can raise, lower, install and service chandeliers of all types. Replace and maintain dimmer switches and ballasts. Provide service to wiring within lighting fixtures and install new fixtures you want in your home as well.
Other Electrical —We can replace defective GFCI outlets, outlets and switches. We also rest circuit breakers and repair shorts within the box itself. Replace defective dimmer switches and service and maintain all components to your door bell system.
Drains — we can clear clogged drains in the kitchen, including the garbage disposal, sink trap. Air gap in the dishwasher as well as similar components in the bathroom.
Plumbing —we maintain service and repair, hoses pipes and traps in all parts of the home. We also repair the mixing valves in the bathroom or kitchen. Repair and replace basin and tub stoppers.
Toilets — replace and repair flappers, balls and flush valves as needed. If the tank seal has stopped functioning, we will handle this as well. We can resolve issues with your bathtub, sinks and stop up leaks in hoses and pipes. Unclog drain traps and repair and replace stoppers and defective pull rods. We can also open up drains and retrieve objects that may have fallen within.
Tub and Showers: Repair or adjust tub and shower doors as needed. Repair or replace mixing valve. Clear clogged drains. Repair stopper. Replace shower. Reinstall fallen shower curtain.
Garbage disposals — replace, clean, clear and service garbage disposals that have stopped working. Replace the wall switch or service electrical failures as well as repair or replace the cord if needed.
Dishwashers — tighten counter attachments and remove objects from the tub and tub drain.
Bathroom Vent Fans — repair and replace defective switches. Replace fan motors and maintain fan blades.
Resident Assistance Equipment — we can install wooden blocks to raise the level of the bed, install rails and bars in the bathroom and raise toilet seats.
Refrigerators — We can test temperatures to make sure your fridge is running optimally.
Furnaces — replace burnt out fuses and reset tripped circuit breakers. We can also explain how to use the thermostat optimally and repair any other minor electrical problems found there.
Central Air Conditioning — we can test the efficiency of your AC unit. Reset tripped switches and circuit breakers and troubleshoot as needed.
Water Heaters — adjust the temperature settings for optimal efficacy. Relight pilot and inspect the system for any faults and failures.
Closet doors — if the doors on your closets are not moving properly, we can rest and adjust them as needed, apply lubricants and replace defective slides. We also replace handles and locking mechanisms.
Closets —replace the poles for hanging clothes and replace broken sockets as well.
Sliding Glass Doors and Windows — lubricate sliding doors, clean runners replace broken rollers replace latches and locking mechanisms.
Ovens — tests that ovens reach the proper temperatures and troubleshoot.
Cabinets — tighten loose hinges, repair fallen doors, and provide general care and maintenance to lose pull knobs.
